Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with 75db

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the 75db website, its subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and all associated gaming and betting services accessible at 75db.vip.
• "Player" or "you" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the Platform and is using the Platform's services.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the total sum of Bangladeshi Taka (৳) held in a Player's account at any given time, including cash funds and any bonus funds separately tracked.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, welcome bonus amounts, free spins equivalents, or other incentive-based funds credited to a Player's account under a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked on eligible games before it becomes eligible for withdrawal as cash.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification — the identity and address verification process required before a Player may make a withdrawal.
• "BST" refers to Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, which is the operative time zone for all Platform deadlines, support hours, and promotional schedules.

By accessing the Platform and/or registering an Account, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, together with the 75db Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms apply to all activities conducted through the Platform, including but not limited to: account registration, identity verification, deposits and withdrawals, participation in casino games and sports betting markets, claiming bonuses and promotions, and communicating with the 75db support team.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms & Conditions, and references to "you" include that person or entity.

Use of the 75db Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during which a Player maintains an active Account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 75db is an adults-only platform. Access by minors is strictly prohibited. 75db reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close an Account pending verification.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting are not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your location before registering.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 75db, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement — whether imposed voluntarily through 75db's tools or through any other gaming self-exclusion programme — that remains active at the time of registration or use.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your location.

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the 75db Platform. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all funds therein, including deposits.

At the time of registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number linked to your preferred payment method. You are responsible for keeping this information current and may update it by contacting support.

• Registration is free of charge. 75db does not charge any fee to create an Account.
• You must select a unique username and a strong password during registration. Your login credentials are personal and must not be shared with any third party.
• 75db may, at its sole discretion, decline any registration application without providing a reason.
• Following registration, 75db may request supporting documentation to complete KYC verification before certain features — including withdrawals and high-value deposits — become available.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account. 75db strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account and using a password that is unique to the 75db Platform.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify 75db immediately by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. 75db will take prompt action to secure the Account and investigate the incident.

• 75db will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• Sessions left open on shared or public devices are your responsibility. Always log out fully after each session, especially when accessing the Platform from a device that is not your personal property.
• 75db is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player failed to take reasonable security precautions or failed to notify 75db in a timely manner.

All deposits on the 75db Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit.

• Deposits must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned to the source.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance as soon as the payment provider confirms the transaction, typically within a few minutes for mobile banking methods including bKash and Nagad.
• 75db does not charge a fee for processing deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your sole responsibility.
• By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are not using the Platform to process, transfer, or conceal proceeds of unlawful activity.
• If a deposit is credited in error, you must notify 75db immediately. Wagering with erroneously credited funds does not establish any entitlement to winnings derived from those funds.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method that is registered in the Player's own name and that matches the method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. 75db reserves the right to route withdrawals to the original deposit source where technically feasible.

• All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Players who have not yet completed identity verification will be prompted to submit documents before the withdrawal is processed.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are one to three hours for bKash and Nagad, and up to three business days for card withdrawals, measured from the time the withdrawal request is approved.
• 75db does not charge a platform fee on withdrawals. Third-party fees imposed by payment providers are the Player's responsibility.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are only permitted once the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied. Any attempt to withdraw Bonus Funds prior to meeting the requirement will result in the forfeiture of those funds.
• 75db may request additional verification documentation for large withdrawal amounts or in cases where unusual account activity has been flagged by the risk management system.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to accounts that are under investigation, suspended, or subject to an active self-exclusion period.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which are published on the relevant promotional page and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance. Cash funds must generally be wagered before Bonus Funds are used, unless the specific offer states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount must be staked on eligible games. Not all game categories contribute equally to wagering requirements — for instance, live casino games may contribute at a lower rate than slots.
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of credit. Bonus Funds not wagered within the expiry period are forfeited automatically.
• 75db reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to amend the terms of an ongoing promotion with reasonable notice to Players who have claimed that promotion.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, structured betting designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, or collusion between Players — will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds in all associated Accounts and may result in permanent Account closure.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.

All games available on the 75db Platform are supplied by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing any wager.

Slot games and other RNG-based titles use certified random number generators maintained by the respective game studio. Live casino games are conducted by professional dealers in real time via live video stream. 75db does not interfere with, modify, or influence game outcomes at the platform level.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be voided and the stake returned to the Player's balance. Winnings generated during a round that is subsequently determined to have been affected by a malfunction may be voided.
• Sports betting markets are subject to their own settlement rules. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or voided, bets will be settled in accordance with the standard rules for that market type.
• 75db reserves the right to void any wager placed in error — including wagers placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a pricing error — and to return the stake to the Player's Account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 75db Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account with or without their consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration, during KYC, or at any other point of interaction with 75db.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to place bets, navigate the Platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software, game engines, or security infrastructure.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financially illegal activity through the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players, or with employees or agents of 75db, to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or error for financial gain. Players who discover a bug are required to report it to support immediately and must not exploit it in the interim.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate behaviour toward 75db staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or misrepresent your location.

75db is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. The Platform provides a suite of tools designed to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity. These tools are available to all registered Players at no charge and can be activated directly through Account settings or by contacting the support team.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. A reduction in a limit takes effect immediately; an increase takes effect after a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automatic reminders that notify them when a defined session duration has elapsed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, one year, or permanent exclusion. During exclusion, the Account is suspended and no marketing communications will be sent. Permanent exclusion is irrevocable.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying total time played and net session result during the current session.

75db is an 18+ platform without exception. Allowing a minor to access your Account — whether intentionally or through negligence — is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and may be reported to relevant authorities.

All content on the 75db Platform — including but not limited to the 75db brand name, logo, trademarks, trade dress, website design, graphics, user interface layout, written content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 75db or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 75db.
• Game content, graphics, and software supplied by third-party game studios remain the intellectual property of those studios and are subject to their respective licence terms.

75db collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also accept the Privacy Policy as a binding part of your agreement with 75db.

• Personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• 75db applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted between the Player's device and the Platform. Personal data is stored on secured servers and is never sold to third parties.
• Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Requests will be processed within 30 days subject to legal and regulatory retention obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 75db's total liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from or relating to the Platform, these Terms & Conditions, or any service provided thereunder shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that Player into their Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• 75db is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions, technical malfunctions, internet connectivity failures, or force majeure events beyond its reasonable control.
• 75db is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, including lost profits or lost gaming opportunities.
• 75db does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Players access the Platform at their own risk and are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on their devices.
• Nothing in this section limits 75db's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

75db reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.

Players may close their Account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon closure, any cash balance remaining in the Account (excluding uncleared Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

• Accounts closed due to breach of these Terms & Conditions may have their cash balance withheld pending investigation into the nature and extent of the breach.
• Where an Account is closed at the Player's request during an active self-exclusion period, the exclusion terms remain in force. The Player will not be able to re-register until the exclusion period expires, except in the case of permanent exclusion.

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to any aspect of the 75db Platform, you should first contact the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. The support team will acknowledge your complaint within two business days and work to resolve it as promptly as possible.

• Formal dispute submissions must be made in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes submitted after this deadline may not be considered.
• Your submission should include: your Account username, a clear description of the dispute, the date(s) and time(s) involved (in BST), and any supporting evidence (screenshots, transaction references).
• 75db will conduct a full investigation and provide a written response within 14 business days of receiving a complete dispute submission.
• All disputes will be considered in good faith. 75db's decision following a completed investigation is final in respect of matters within its operational control, including game outcomes produced by third-party certified RNG systems.

75db reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account as set out in Section 15.
